SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:
Supplemental #14 request funding from the General Fund:
1. To appropriate $96,708 in Non Departmental to fund Medical Examiner cost increases.
2. To appropriate $133,000 in Non Departmental to fund Opportunity Council CDBG Public Services program from grant proceeds.
From the Election Reserve Fund:
3. To appropriate $111,000 to fund cost increases in election services, partially reimbursed by billings to other municipalities.
From Real Estate Excise Tax I Fund:
4. To re-appropriate $80,209 to fund the Whatcom Unified Emergency Coordination Center roof project.
