Request authorization for County Executive to enter into Interlocal Agreements with the cities of Bellingham, Everson, Lynden, Nooksack, and Sumas concerning planning, annexation and development within urban growth areas. The new interlocal agreements would replace existing agreements that expire on June 30, 2022.
