Request authorization for County Executive sign amendments to existing Interlocal Agreements with the cities of Blaine and Ferndale concerning planning, annexation and development within urban growth areas.  The amendments would change the expiration date of the Interlocal Agreements from June 30, 2022 to December 31, 2022.
