SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:
The Election Division is statutorily responsible to print & distribute a local voters’ pamphlet before any primary or general election, or any special election per RCW 29A.32.210. Every household in the County will be mailed a local voters’ pamphlet in the primary and general election.
