SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:

Per WCC 3.08.100(A), the Sheriff’s Office requests approval for the County Executive to authorize the purchase of replacement semi-rugged laptops from Datec, Inc., an authorized reseller for Panasonic, using the Washington State Contract #05815-11 (expires 03/31/2020), in an amount not to exceed $104,060.69. Funding in the amount of $102,000.00 was received through two US Department of Homeland Security Federal Emergency Management Agency grants, and appropriated on approved Supplemental #2019-2 (Ordinance #2019-021) and Supplemental #2019-7 (Ordinance #2019-041). The Sheriff’s Office has adequate unspent budget authority to cover the overage of $2,060.69
