SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:

The project was advertised in February 2023, but only one (1) bid was received that exceeded the available budget.  The project will be advertised in the fall of 2023.  This supplement will increase federal funds and reduce the amount of local funds needed to fund the project, and accounts for increase of project construction costs since it will be constructed a year later than originally planned.  This agreement will obligate an additional $1,974,900 in federal funds
