SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:
Supplemental #8 requests the following in the General Fund:
1. To appropriate $100,000 in Non Departmental to provide additional Racial Equity Commission funding from grant proceeds.
2. To record $22,299 Health indirect transfer-in from the Behavioral Health Fund.
3. To appropriate $100,000 in Superior Court Administration to fund new JAVS court recorder system from grant proceeds.
4. To appropriate $9,911 in Sheriff to fund sound suppressors from a 2022 casino donation.
From the Election Reserve Fund:
5. To appropriate $134,731 to fund elections security improvements from grant proceeds.
From the Behavioral Health Program Fund:
6. To appropriate $121,141 to fund Public Health Nurse (PHN) position in the Response Systems Division.
7. To record Behavioral Health labor pool adjustment for PHN position.
From the Emergency Management Fund:
8. To appropriate $31,514 to fund State Homeland Security grant program.
From the Conservation Futures Fund:
