SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:
The 2016 annual Point in Time count showed that 719 persons were homeless in Whatcom County. The purpose of this contract is to provide housing case management and supportive services to individuals and household who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness.
