1 Vacancy, 4-year term. Applicants must live or own property within the district boundary or represent a rate payer from within the subzone so long as the representative of a rate payer is primarily employed by that rate payer at a site within the subzone. The BBWARM Committee assists and makes recommendations to the Flood Control Zone District Board of Supervisors regarding implementing the BBWARM District stormwater program.
