SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:

This supplemental agreement with KPFF provides for professional engineering services to support the implementation of the Lummi Island Ferry Level of Service Action Plan as described in the Whatcom County Council Resolution 2018-173A.  KPFF will develop a financial plan, grant applications, conceptual design for a replacement vessel, and conceptual designs for terminal modifications
