SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:

The cooperation agreement provides for the US Army Corps of Engineers to repair the Hannegan Levee along the left bank of the Nooksack River near Lynden under an 80/20 cost-share, with the Flood Control Zone District providing a 20% match.  The Lynden Everson Subzone will be contributing towards this match.
