SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:
The 2016 annual Point in Time count showed that 719 persons were homeless in Whatcom county. This contract funds the provision of housing case management services in association with the Whatcom Homeless Service Center (WHSC). The purpose of the contract is to provide case management and support6ive services to individuals and families residing in scattered site units and staffed housing programs.
