SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:
Given the significant public testimony regarding the proposed installation of the stop signs at the intersection of Birch Point Road and Birch Bay Drive, the Public Works Department has agreed to investigate additional alternatives. A report of alternatives investigated and responses to citizen concerns will be provided to Council.
