Amendments to Whatcom County Code Title 20 (Zoning) to comply with preemptive state regulations for accessory dwelling units and co-living standards affecting residential zoning districts in Urban Growth Areas per RCW 36.70A.680/.681 and RCW 36.70A.535. These amendments to Title 20 are part of the periodic review under the Growth Management Act.
