Supplemental #9 requests funding from the General Fund:
1. To appropriate $59,637 in Assessor to fund a new Chief Appraiser position.
2. To appropriate $41,000 in Health to fund moving expenses.
3. To appropriate $17,000 in Non Departmental to partially fund a Natural Resources Environmental Manager position.
4. To appropriate $43,706 in Prosecuting Attorney to fund a new Records Assistant position.
5. To appropriate $67,296 in Prosecuting Attorney to fund a new Investigator Supervisor position.
6. To appropriate $2,500 in Sheriff to fund Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force investigations from grant proceeds.
7. To appropriate $10,236 in Sheriff to fund FN303 less-lethal projectiles.
From the Road Fund:
8. To appropriate $827,690 to fund a transfer in support of the North Lake Samish Road Bridge Replacement project budget amendment #1.
9. To appropriate $68,946 to fund a new accounting supervisor position and reclassification of an existing clerk position.
From the Swift Creek Sediment Management Fund:
10. To appropriate $440,000 to fund 2022 and 2023 Swift Creek maintenance.
From the American Rescue Plan Act Fund:
11. To appropriate $2,200,000 to fund acquisition of affordable housing properties.
From the Conservation Futures Fund:
12. To appropriate $1,090,250 to fund two agricultural conservation easements and one forestry conservation easement partially funded by grants and ag mitigation fee proceeds.
From the Real Estate Excise Tax II Fund:
13. To appropriate $295,000 to fund a transfer in support of the Shallow Shore Culvert Relocation project.
From the Public Utilities Improvement Fund:
