SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:
Whatcom County Facilities Management is requesting ScoCon LLC to perform a remodel of District Court - Courtroom 1 located at 311 Grand Avenue. The project will include AV, fire sprinklers/strobes, low voltage cabling, HVAC work, laminate, paint, stain, carpet, lift and other associated improvement. These improvements will make Courtroom #1 compliant with the American Disabilities Act
