BODY
SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:
The purpose of the proposed amendment to WCC 24.03 is to adopt language as shown in Exhibit A to update references and definitions, remove outdated language, and amend permit suspension language to support a more educational and less punitive approach for retail food establishment regulation.
