Michael Bobbink, Whatcom County's current Hearing Examiner, submitted the only response to the County's Request for Proposals for hearing Examiner Services. His contract would be the same as the previous years with the exception of a 2% increase for cost of living. Mr. Bobbink has incorporated his hearing examiner services business and is doing business as Michael Bobbink Land Use Services, Inc.
