SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:
The purpose of this interlocal agreement amendment is to provide additional funding for the WCD to implement both an emergency manure transfer and storage cost share program in response to impacts from the November 2021 atmospheric river event and the standard non-dairy agriculture cost share program to support water quality improvement and protection. These activities will be in coordination with and in support of the Whatcom County Pollution Identification and Correction (PIC) Program and other water quality efforts
