SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:
Per United States Department of Treasury regulations section 1.150-2, one or more officials may be appointed by the County for the purpose of identifying and qualifying capital projects for reimbursement pursposes. This resolutions seeks to designate the County Treasurer and Finance Director as such representatives; please see attached.
