SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:
The purpose of this contract is to provide "Pathways to Employment" and "Community Access" services to eligible individuals with developmental disabilities. Pathways to Employment services are designed to assist individuals with developmental disabilities to pursue and maintain paid employment in integrated community settings. Community Access Services are designed to increae independence and inclusion in the community.
