SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:
The Washington Counties Risk Pool (WCRP)'s interlocal agreement and bylaws require each member county's legislative authority to appoint one Director and at least on Alternate Director from the county's officers or employees. Since January 1, 2013, the Juan Resources Manager has served as Director and Prosecutor-Designated Civil Deputy as Alternate Director. The proposed resolution would add the Associate Human Resources Manager as an additional Alternate Director effective immediately.
