SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:
This ordinance would amend Whatcom County Code section 11.20.025 to expand restrictions on certain flotation devices during certain dates to be in effect for the entirety of South Fork of the Nooksack River in order to better protect Chinook salmon.
