SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:

 

The purpose of this ordinance is to comply with provisions of the NPDES Municipal Stormwater Permit Requirements and implement a source control program for existing development. This program is focused on addressing pollution from existing land use and activities that have the potential to release pollutants to the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4). Discharging certain substances to the county MS4 is prohibited.
