Per WCC 3.08.100, Public Works Equipment Services requests approval for the County Executive to authorize the purchase of three (3) replacement mower heads, using the Washington State Contract #05218 (expires 03/31/2025). The vendor is Pape Machinery, located in Mount Vernon, and the total purchase price is $266,926.83, including equipment, installation of the mower heads onto County-owned tractors, delivery, and sales tax. These mowers will be used by the Public Works Maintenance & Operations Division in the performance of county business. Funding for this purchase was approved in the Equipment Rental & Revolving fund by Council on Supplemental ID #4669, as appropriated on Ordinance #2024-033
