SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:
Citizen appeals have been received from Pete Jones regarding the road name change off Marine Drive. Whatcom County does not have an appeals committee for citizen addres and road naming, hence his request is forwarded to the Whatcom County Council for a decision. See attachment.
