SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:
This ordinance authorizes the amount collected through the County Conservation Futures levy in 2024 to be increased by 5.6% over 2023, in addition to the amount resulting from the addition of new construction and improvements to property and any increase in the value of state assessed property.
