SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:
Suggested motion: The Whatcom County Flood Control Zone District Board of Supervisors provide authorization for the County Executive to sign promissory notes on behalf of the District to allow the District to take out loans from the Whatcom County Investment Pool in an amount not to exceed $4 million for a term not to exceed one year as needed to provide cash flow that is necessary to allow the District to implement work approved by the Board of Supervisors.
