Authorizing resolution requesting authorization to make an application and enter into a grant agreement with the Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office for funding through the Youth Athletic Facilities Program. This $350,000 grant will be used for development of an outdoor sports court at the East Whatcom Regional Resource Center. The local funding match of $195,470 will be provided by the Opportunity Council.
