SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:

Supplemental #20 requests funding from the Road Fund:

1.                     To appropriate $3,850,000 to fund transfer in support of Civic Center Improvement Fund renovation project.

From the Election Reserve Fund:

2.                     To appropriate $126,128 to fund addition 2020 General Election costs from Center for Tech and Civic Life grant proceeds.

From Real Estate Excise Tax I Fund:

3.                     To appropriate $500,000 to fund transfer in support of Civic Center Improvement Fund renovation project.
