SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:

 

Whatcom County has committed to entering into an Agreed Order with Washington State Department of Ecology for lead reclamation and cleanup activities at Plantation Range. This interagency agreement supports that work by providing site characterization to delineate the location and extent of lead and other potential contaminants of concern. The source of funding is the Washington State Toxics Fund provided by Department of Ecology through this interagency agreement.
