SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:
This site access agreement between Whatcom County and the University of Washington would allow installation of monitoring equipment through the Pacific Northwest Seismic Network, which will detect and provide and early warning of an earthquake event in the South Fork Valley area. The proposed location for the equipment is both secure and will not interfere with park use.
