Supplemental #10 requests funding from the General Fund:
1. To appropriate $134,000 in Non Departmental to fund OppCo Public Service Grant 2023-2024 from grant proceeds.
2. To record $12,603 in Health to fund Behavioral Health Indirect Adjustment.
3. To appropriate $195,000 in Health to fund Environmental Health Foundational Public Health Services (FPHS) Grant Program from grant proceeds.
4. To appropriate $199,800 in Health to fund Youth Cannabis and Tobacco Prevention Program from grant proceeds.
5. To appropriate $2,000 in Sheriff to reflect increase DEA grant contract #RL-21-0012; Increase #2.
6. To appropriate $5,000 in Sheriff to reflect increase DEA grant contract #RL-23-005.

7. To appropriate $255,500 to fund Central Shop NPDES Stormwater Improvements, companion to #4020.
