Public Hearing for 2025 Coordinated Water System Plan Update
BODY
SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:
As per WAC 246-293-080, the coordinated water system plan (CWSP) shall be reviewed and updated by the Water Utility Coordinating Committee at a minimum every five years. The last update was in 2019. Prior to submission of the CWSP to the Secretary of Health for approval, the County shall hold a public hearing as per RCW 70.A.100. Resolution for Council approval will be forthcoming in December 2025.
