SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:
This agreement between Whatcom County and the Washington State County Road Administration Board will provide a total of $10,000,000 in state funds to be distributed in 20 annual payments of $500,000 for the Lummi Island Ferry Replacment and System Modernization Project
