SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:
Under this agreement between Whatcom County and South Fork Valley Community Association, the Association schedules, prepares, and cleans the Van Zandt Community Hall for public events. The County reimburses the association $1,000 for scheduling and managing public use of the Hall and Josh VanderYacht park.
