BODY
SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:
Consistent with RCW 36.54.150, the Whatcom County Ferry District must adopt an annual budget. The attached Resolution establishes the overall budget consistent with the powers of the district outlined under RCW 36.54.120 through 150.
Public Works respectfully requests that the Whatcom County Ferry District Board of Supervisors adopt the attached Resolution to establish a 2027 budget for the Ferry District.
