SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:
In tandem with the ordinance establishing the project-based budget for the East Whatcom Regional Resource Center Sports Court, this proposal requests that a loan shall be made from the Public Utilities Improvement fund to bridge funding for the project. Please see attached.
