SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:

Whatcom County has been awarded an additional $1,092,000 in previously awarded Rural Arterial Trust Account (RATA) funds for a total of $1,782,000 for the pavement rehabilitation of Hampton Road. These funds require a 10% local fund match. Total anticipated project costs (design and construction) will be approximately $1,980,000
