SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:
Requests authorization for a temporary $4 million cash flow loan from the Public Utilities Improvement Fund (EDI Fund) to the COVID-19 Emergency Response Fund to refund the current $1 million emergency cash flow loan and provide for expanded COVID-19 response activities.
