Ordinance establishing the 32nd Street Property Acquisition Fund to account for revenues and expenditures related to the acquisition of the property and tenant improvements necessary to make it operational. The 32nd Street Acquisition Fund seeks an initial budget of $8,700,000 as described in Exhibit A. Please see attached.
