SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:
The proposed ordinace amends Whatcom County Code 24.05 Onsite Sewage System Regluations. In January of 2024, the Board of Health adopted changes to the Washington State administrative code WAC 246-272A. Since this time, WCC.24.05 has been reviewed to reflect OSS management best practices and the required changes in WAC 246-272A.
