SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:

 

This lease agreement will provide a location for clinical and hygiene services for unsheltered individuals within the Way Station project. These services include: primary medical and behavioral health care services, case management, hygiene services and those additional services that may otherwise be authorized in writing by the County
