SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:

Per WCC 3.08.100(A), the Health Department requests approval for the County Executive to award Bid #20-61 for the purchase of lift-deck beds with underbed storage and mattresses to the lowest responsive bidder, Norix Group, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $329,645.45. Funding was appropriated on two approved Supplementals: Supplemental #8, Ordinance #2020-012 (Commerce COVID Emergency Housing grant will cover $250,000.00) and Supplemental #18, Ordinance #2020-049 (Commerce Shelter grant will cover $79,641.45)
