Resolution approving the Whatcom County 2023 Annual Construction Program

SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:
RCW 36.81.130 requires the adoption of the 2023 Annual Construction Program (ACP). Adoption of this program is an element of the County budget process. The 2023 ACP is identical to the 1st year of the Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program (2023-2028), approved by resolution on September 27, 2022. A proposed resolution is enclosed for your consideration.
