SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:
Contract amendment to expand the scope of work, timeline, and funding to complete the Offsite Buffer Mitigation Program Feasibility Study. The Study will examine the feasibility and options associated with creating an off-site critical areas buffer mitigation program. A supplemental budget request $100,000 for Planning and Development Services to contract for this work was approved by Council on 3/22/22. Part 1 of the contract had a budget of $40,000 and was approved and signed by the County Executive prior to the end of 2021. This is Part 2 for the remaining scope of work and budget ($60,000).
