Ordinance adopting amendments to Whatcom County Code Section 1.14, Electoral Precincts, with newly established voting precinct boundaries for Whatcom County

SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:
Changes are needed to precinct boundary lines in Whatcom County Code Section 1.14 due to annexations in the cities of Blaine, Everson, Ferndale, and Nooksack. We created precinct 403 and 702, and amended Precinct 108, 113, 114, 115, 122, 128, 129, 150, 151, 303, 306, 402, 501, and 701. If approved the maps will be added and substituted to the “Book of Election Precinct Maps,” and available through the Whatcom County Council Office and online at the Whatcom County Auditor’s Office, Election Division, website.
