This draft ordinance amending the Whatcom County Code is related to the 2025-2026 periodic update of the Comprehensive Plan. County Council will discuss and make motions on proposed edits to these items for consideration alongside other chapters and the entirety of the Comprehensive Plan document at a future meeting.
