SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:
Establishing the Criminal Justice Sales Tax Fund - RCW 82.14.345 will provide a separate fund to track and account for revenues and expenditures in accordance with Whatcom County Code section 3.27. The Criminal Justice Sales Tax Fund - RCW 82.14.345 seeks an initial budget of $3,658,280 as described in Exhibit A. Please see attached.
