Ordinance adopting amendments to Whatcom County Code Section 1.14, Electoral Precincts, with newly established voting precinct boundaries for Whatcom County

BODY

SUMMARY STATEMENT OR LEGAL NOTICE LANGUAGE:

Changes are needed to precinct boundary lines in Whatcom County Code Section 1.14 due to annexations in the city of Lynden.  We amended Precinct 127, 128, 130, 601, 605, 609, 610, and 611.  If approved the maps will be added and substituted to the “Book of Election Precinct Maps,” and available through the Whatcom County Council Office and online at the Whatcom County Auditor’s Office, Election Division, website.
